It's not based on acts but attraction.

Hmm. There are those who would tell you that a virgin can't be gay, straight or whatever. Well at the very least if they are a virgin they can't be gay. oh Lordy, Lordy, no they can't be gay!

It takes all sorts, Mick. Those who haven't understood that yet, don't really understand what human beings are made of. You can't expect everyone to have that sort of intelligence, I'm afraid.

I agree......it still stings a little when it comes from within the community though.

Ive seen some "drop dead" gorgeous women in my time, but I appreciate them for what they are....
works of human art.

For love and companionship, as well as other things, I (and always have ) prefer men.

I agree with dfiant.

Bisexuals are just people who cant commit to their own true feelings, for whatever reason.

It's unnecessary to drag the whole thing up again, but please realize that your statement is the reason why bisexuals in some cases find it harder to come out whereas people assume it's always easier for them. I consider myself bisexual but predominantly attracted to men yet at some point I decided to just call myself gay because of annoying people who claimed I was just too scared to come out as gay or that I was straight and did it for the attention. Things like that hurt just as much as full-on homophobia would. Just letting you know.

I known my whole life I have always been attracted to men but, after being out of the closet for a year now, I had some thoughts of wondering what it would be like to be in a relationship with a woman. What I'm trying to say is, its perfectly normal with how you are feeling and you shouldn't be ashamed. In the end its about being with that special someone, whether it be male or female.

dfiant Wrote:Oh ok, I use my ex as an example and you make a GENERALISED assumption?

I thought my explanation of my beliefs in monogamy would have cleared that up. I don't not believe in bisexuality because of you generalisation of what you think is a generalisation, I don't believe in bisexuality because I believe in monogamy and one cannot be an active bisexual and remain monogamous.

I don't think you get it. Bisexual means you like both men and women. You can like both and still be monogamous. Just because you are dating a guy doesn't mean you can't also be attracted to women, and vice versa. I am dating a man right now and I am still attracted to women. That doesn't mean I am going to go out and plow every woman I meet just because I am still attracted to them. I am in a relationship and I am not a cheater.

Honestly, you are being very insulting.
