Ah ah prince,don't get me started on my Color Purple!I got introduced to the Alice Walker novel for American literature in high school and it's been downhill ever since.I've watched the VHS cassette then the DVD about a hundred times.My biggest dream would to go see it on Broadway.Yeah Whoopi was fantastic but Oprah brought Sofia to life.Her scene with Celie is just an otherworldly experience and it still gives me goosebumps.
