You're six foot and 11 stone 3 and you want to lose weight?
Wow...
I'm five foot ten, and 12 and a half stone, and I'm only, like, 3 lbs overweight!

Do you have a really small frame or something? Or am I stocky?


Aaanyway as the diets go, I automatically take wouldlikemuscle as gospel on that.
And I especially agree with the water thing. Really helps...
Plus if you drink water more often you'll be substituting it for more sugary things I presume...

As for my view, I used to be quite a bit shorter, and about 15 stone. I lost all that and got down to 12 just from eating less, rather than eating different. Plus I only drink water. (Mind you my growth spurt probably helped a little... :biggrinSmile
