Yes, I had guessed that you all were a bunch of night owls on here.

It's currently about 6:30 pm here in California.

It was a good day. For a change, the wildfires are in the northern part of the state, both north and south of San Francisco.

Are there parts of Europe that are in drought?
The US now has a population of about 305 million, and many parts of the nation are dry, while other parts are washing away.

Tomorrow I am driving over to a small town in Arizona, to visit friends. It will be quite hot over there, with temperatures at this time of reach reaching over 100 degrees farenheit.

Hope you're having a good weekend so far.

It's actually quite warm in France but if the bad weather that's been hitting England is to come this way, then it'll cool down again. For me the temperature is about right for this time of year, so it's nice to have some sunshine after such a wet month of June... It was bloody freezing!! Some parts of Europe might be a little dry but mostly we still get plenty of rain (storms, showers, drizzle, you name it...) Rolleyes
