Hello, AceChapStick, and to GaySpeak. I daresay you'll find some support here and maybe even a few tips to help you come out and feel more comfortable with yourself. You really don't want to be losing sleep over this, if you can help it. In the meantime, could you detail your situation a little more? It would help to know what you've realised, how you realised it, why it's causing you a problem etc... Then we can chip in and give some honest opinions.
