Does anyone else use Gmail and like me, doesn't like the new format? There is a solution:
Go to the settings on Gmail (* in upper right) then "configure inbox" and uncheck all the options except primary and you will be back to the old view if that is what you want. I did NOT like the new view so I returned to the old format.

I actually like the new view and how it separates my stuff. It did the same on my phone too

Oh thank God.... I was trying to figure out how to get everything back on one page. I have missed emails because of the damn new tabbing thing - Promotions? Social? Who is Gmail to tell me what is a promotion and what my social life is (hint: I don't have a social life).
I stopped using Yahoo because they mucked up the format and complicated it all to hell and back.
Change is not always good.

Considering it can be turned off, isn't it kind of pointless to complain?
As now people who like the tab thing can get what they want, as well as people who don't?

Mh, I don't care so much about it, but I don't like the 'recent' window for the 'new message', it seem like the old chat of GoogleTalk, and since whe had this new small interface, too many times I forgot to attach files etc...

I hate Google. Try not to use it at all, but some systems run off it.
I dont use Gmail......tried it once, hated it.
I used Yahoo for years, until they fucked it up and removed their support system/help center.
So now I am back to AOL, which is the first email system I ever started using. Funny Im back to where I started, after all these years.
