What are your least favourite TV programmes?

Many of them are bad comedies; for me, especially How I met your Mother. To me, it's just the most obnoxious thing to watch, it's not funny the way it's done is just irritating. It has good writing in some places, but every single character irritates me and every single scene feels obnoxious.

Every singing show ever o.o . Why can't they just sing at home and not have us listen to them.

I don't actually like South Park. There's just something about it that doesn't sit right with me, I can't quite pin it down. It might be how crude it can be sometimes.

and of course the ultimate bad TV Show: The Food Truck. Eugh that Michael Vagina dick L(oser)sin, is the worst chef I've ever seen and is always slightly racist. He is the stupidest person ever, he can't cook. Once he did an episode on Yakitori and he didn't even make chicken. My favourite episode of his show was when he tried to sell Chinese food to chinese people and nobody bought anything. I liked watching his failure. My favourite person on that show is this woman who told him when tasting his food: "It's quite tasteless."

Yeah... most "Reality" shows. In the uk we have appalling, soul - crushing shows like "The only way is essex" and "made in chelsea" i genuinely worry about people coming to uk and watching them, thinking they represent the uk. There all a bunch of actors, who never stop acting. The falseness of it is extraordinary. I feel sorry for them though and there poor imitation of life.

In uk theres a tv mogul called "peter bezzlegate" his grandfather was responsible for sewer systems, so theres a saying - the bezzlegates pumped the shit out and now there pumping it back in!

We have Isidingo. (Place of gold) A government friendly / moralistic / badly acted / badly casted/ pile of crap.

Then we have: - 4th and 5th Oprah re- runs, / local copy-cat productions of sing off/ dance off / SA got talent / survivor / make-over and other similar

Then we have 7de Laan (7th Avenue) trying desperately to pander to the die-hard africkaans viewers

The UK produces so much shit on TV its truly absurd and makes me feel not very patriotic to say the least. We used to produce a lot of great comedy and dramas. The Ealing studios were once one of the greatest film studios in Western Europe and could probably hold their own against French and German cinema easily. I am talking about classics such as Charlie Chaplin, The Carry On series, The Young Ones, and many other great comedies and dramas.

Now we produce crap like The Only Way is Essex, reality docu-dramas, shitty reality shows like Britain's Got Talent (pile of crap), The X Factor, Big Brother (a real pile of shit were z rated celebrity contestants are locked in a house for a few weeks and spied on with their every action observed), and even the documentaries have deteriorated in quality. True there are still good documentaries but there are also ones about damn gypsies like My Big Fat Gypsy wedding, ones about bare-knuckle boxing amongst 10 year old kids (not like kids karate classes these are brutal as hell), documentaries about vain celebrities, shitty 'music' documentaries, and a lot of commercialised rubbish.

There was even a show sponsored by Blackberry called 'Summerdaze' which was about these teenagers at big UK music festivals. The biggest pile of trash ever.

I never knew South Africa had its own version of Britain's Got Talent. That's bad that is. The UK is even starting to export its crap TV overseas.

More or less all Reality TV shows, Smallville, Charmed (I liked it as a young kid but DAMN plotholes everywhere) uhm let's see... there are probably many others but that's all I can think of at the moment.

No wait! The Big Bang Theory. "It's a show about nerds you'll loveeee it they're so dorky and quirky" - It just goes to show that a show based around nerdy characters should be written by actually nerdy people so they won't have to drop pointless references to stereotypical nerd trivia all the time to affirm the personalities...

How I met your mother is one of the best/funniest shows on television today. Like seriously, is your funny bone broken and/or missing? I just cant fathom how someone doesnt find this funny. Its like finding someone thats never watched a star wars movie or something.

Also how can you hate Glee? It is a singing show. Its probably the best tv show on television anywhere on now. If you mean stuff like American Idol and America's Got Talent then yes I agree.

Dr Who - not really because of the show but because of the fans...they are rabid and if you dare say anything against it goodness forbid, you should run for the hills. I mean really its a show about a guy that time travels. GET OVER IT and go watch Quantum Leap, its better anyways.

Most reality shows, I can stand a few on the food network or the cooking channel but I know theyre all fake so no surprise there. I used to like pawn stars cause I like to watch it for the history lesson. I mean it was obviously fake and I knew it from the beginning but Im a big history buff.(I mean what are the chances that people bring in THAT much valuable stuff in a given week - not to mention getting an appraiser available to appraise it the same week would just be impossible in some cases some of that stuff is so rare and specific) Also one of the few reality shows that is real is the biggest loser. I do like that they really lose weight even though most of them put it back on unfortunately. It is the last hope for some of those people which is really nice.

Any show that is offensive just for a laugh ie south park, the simpson, most of the Fox network basically...I dont find making fun of religions and people's faith and using racial derogatory terms very amusing in any setting.

The Office the us or uk version(the uk version is just ok) The us version of this show really sucks. Not funny one single bit except for dwight and jim who always pranks him. Its too bad cause I liked most of Steve Carell's movies
