What is the most soppy romantic Gay movie you've ever watched?

I think for me it was a short movie " Who We Are". For some reason I didn't like it.

not really a fan of brokeback mountain, only watch 1/3 of it then got bored.

I liked the broken hearts club and but i'm a cheerleader.

Anyone know that film about the boy who get's beaten up and tied spread-eagled to a farm fence and left to die?
He dies but the perpetrators get caught and sentenced to death which has to be agreed to by the parents of the dead boy, then the mother changes her mind
Sam Warterson plays the dead boys father...

I dont know the name of the movie but that sounds like the matthew shepard case. Its probably a movie based on what happened to him.
