In my opinion, I would rather say that romantic conversations are definitely dependant of the kind of person you talk to and not which language you employ
I think that a cute conversation with a guy that gives you sweet kisses and cuddles after waking up will always be, in my opinion, romantic no matter your language !

Personally I don't find french romantic at all.
Italian can be kind of hot in a higher pitched voice.
But hearing a guy speak Spanish, Muy Caliente!
