US federal judge ruled for the benefit of a state of Ohio ss couple. Ohio has recognized marriages performed in most all other states but limited by a Ohio state level DOMA.

this may encourage other couples in other states to question their state laws. May lead to the repeal of the entire DOMA on a federal level, not just section 3 as in the recent Sup Court decision
