You should set a side 1 hour a day to exercise.doing cardio ,weight training for each body part.

just did a circuit; 1 minute of each for a total of 30 minutes.
1. pushups
2. burpees
3. squat thrusts with dumbells
4. wall-balls (throw a medicine ball up a brick wall, catch it, squat and throw it back up - repeat)
5. toyotas (touch the ground with your hand, squatting, jump up with your hand in the air, like the toyota ad - oh what a feeling?)
6. leg raises
7. plank
8. shoulder press
9. bicep curl
10. tricep dips
While I dislike crossfit, its a good workout.
