Not sure if this play dough is international but it's a mix of flour & water with food colouring used for entertaining children in preschool day care places. Non toxic for kids.
That explains it if you ask.

Yes..!

I remember always asking my mom for it when I was younger. I liked it cause I can make up my own figures and things so you pretty much have ALL the TOYS!

Funny story though, I remember I went to go pick up my English friend and my car has a funny crayon smell cause of the air filter, but as soon as he sat down he said,

"It smells like plasticine.."

I'm like, "What the fuck is that..?!"

"Plasticine.."

"What..?"

"That thing that comes in little bins, kids sculpt with.."

"Ohh.. PLAY DOUGH!.."
