I do alot of things and it ranges from being a complete introvert or a extravert depending on what healing phase I'm in.
1.When I recongize the problem.
2.Become extremely occupied with friends so get mind off it.
3.after a good day out, I sit alone in my room and think.
4.What am I doing wrong? What's going on? How can I fix it?
5. Try my best to fix it.
6.Play video games.

When I'm sad I like to listen to music, it really calms me down. I hope your own feelings pick up soon.
