How often do you change your sheets?
#11
Once a week or more. Definitely at least once a week, unless Im sick.

What I dont understand is how some people can go to bed without having a bath/shower first.
Theres NO WAY I could sleep in my own filth. And by filth, I mean what grunge and crap my skin and hair has collected during the day.

Easy solution- Take a fucking shower in the morning. I don't understand why dirty sheets are such a big issue for some people- The cleanliness of your sheets is 100% irrelevant if you shower in the morning

The thing is, some men are not taught to change their sheets. It's as simple as that.

It's all good to take a shower in the morning, but don't you find it impossible to sleep if you're all filthy and unfresh?
I can't get to sleep if I haven't had a good shower with soap and warm water (it has to be hot, that way I don't feel clammy afterwards), brushed my teeth, rinsed or washed my hair, and have the room smell clean.

I hate the feeling of being dirty, it's actually the worst thing ever. That's why I don't want to go camping.

Also it's not exactly the healthiest thing to be sleeping on dirty sheets... you're breathing very heavily and very close to all that bacteria and skin dust.

Yes, me too. Unless I spill 'something' on it, I only change it once in a week. I don't want to get a sleep problem just because feeling itch.

If you go to bed filthy, then all that filth builds up on your sheets and gets worked into the mattress and pillows. Plus, all your sheets, mattress, and pillows get all those built up germs and bacteria from the day(s) worked into them. When you dont take a bath/shower before bed, your just sleeping in the filth you left the day before. And if you have done this for two weeks, thats 14 days worth of built up filth in your sheets, mattress, pillows, comforter, blanket that you have been sleeping in.

GROSS!!!!

If you take a bath/shower before bed, you are nice and clean and transfer a great deal LESS filth from yourself onto the sheets and everything else. Its more or less what is just coming off of YOU thats being transferred to the bedding and not what you are transferring to the bedding that you have picked up or has stuck to you during the day.....this includes bacteria, viruses, germs, and anything else that might have been "sprayed" on you, that you walked through, or touched and then rubbed off on your clothes.

My skin crawls just thinking about that!!! ICK!!!

Not as often as I should, to be totally honest.
After any action if course, but beyond that or something that makes them more specifically dirty like being sick or spilling something probably only about every three to four weeks.

Oh, if there's something I hate in the world is a dirty bed. I can not sleep unless I'm showered, and I have clean sheets. And I'm a single man.

I also spray Lysol on my bed like ther's no tomorrow.
