I'd like to add 'Being independent' and 'having his own mind'.

Independent guys... are the guys who don't NEED you. They're with you becaue they CHOOSE to.

A dude with his own mind... is the dude who doesn't ask YOU for what HE wants.

If I had a boyfriend, I'd want him to be passionate, independent, and think for himself.

Very wise Yosuke, I know from experience that Republicans are just a big ball of crazy and the gay ones are even worse. Closet doors six feet thick and made of lead and guarded by Pat Robertson don't make for a healthy relationship.

That's pretty strong stuff. So you just wouldn't date anyone who considers that Democrats are only fair-weather friends, and a recent vote in the New York State Senate proves it? Why?

On a more serious note, why do so many people believe that gay means that you should be a Democrat? Why does being gay mean that you don't believe in smaller government, lower taxes, a strong military, the right to bear arms, have doubts/concerns about Roe v. Wade, etc?
