Eating Competition
#11
1kg burger, it really isn't much in terms of eating competitions but it is still a decent attempt for someone that isn't pro.

No pic, but it is just a basic beef burger with 5 or 6 angus beef patties, was tasty.

My only tips? go with what works best. I find splitting the foot up works well for me, cram it in and chew/swallow. Lots of water to lubricate your mouth and throat. Competitive eating is all about learning how to down the food, and also how to stretch/distend your stomach without getting that 'full feeling' being sent to your brain at the wrong time. No one needs to spew while chewing.

It doesn't make it an enjoyable feed, but it works well. Keep eating like ducks bro's

forgot to link vid.

Furious Pete is a good comp eater that also stays fit, lots of good youtube videos from him.
50oz burger meal in 2 mins isn't bad. But he has done better things.

all i can say is I bet he takes furious poo's

It's nice to see that not all competitive eaters are fat. Goes to show that if you take care of yourself you can eat a lot of different foods.

I dunno... probably not the the extent some americans do it... but I think as long as you only do it once or twice (and you maybe watch what you eat a little more strictly for a while after xD) there's nothing too bad about it. It's just a bit of fun at the end of the day, it's nice to be pointless sometimes.

And you can do it with healthy-ish foods, it doesn't have to be burgers exclusively. Because that, admittedly, does look like it could kill some fool Laugh

Quality of food, calories, artery clogging ingredients, the sheer waste of food... I've never understood what makes these events valuable?

Considering I ate half a banana about three hours ago and still feel full I doubt I would be good for any sort of high volume food contest.

Fluids on the other hand - I can most likely still drink any man or woman under the table. I have a very high tolerance for alcohol.
