Amazon MP3

Has anyone pre-ordered an Album of Amazon that had Audiorip on it when you are suppose to get a physical copy and cloud copy on release date. Well I still have yet to get both of those and it has been like 4 days now. Has anyone else had this problem?

Dont know what Audiorip is, but Ive bought tons of music off of Amazon.....MP3 and CD's.
Only had one problem once, with one song not loading. Other than that, never had any problems.

Audiorip is where you buy a physical copy of a CD and you also get the Digital version as well instantly

Never had that problem, only ordered a few mp3s off of Amazon before, the rest have just been CDs that I ripped to my computer after they arrived. I'd contact Amazon and ask them about it if you haven't already.

I always download the music and put it on my ipod. I would do what miles said and call amazon, they might have a tracking number on file.

They are giving me a refund but I can re-order and it will be added they said
