best natural multivitamin for men

Hey you guys
I'm started to become more healthy last week and i as wondering if any of you knew of any all natural multivitamins for men

Natural, you mean very natural?

Young coconut! There are lots of them in my country! The water is often used to cure toxicity, and the soft meat is believed to increase men's vitality and fertility.

The vitamin/supplement industry is pretty much a huge scam. Why do you think you need a multivitamin?

Eat a variety of fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts and lean meat and you will get all the vitamins and minerals you need in the best form possible. Get regular exercise and spend time outside.

Use the money you would spend on vitamins and supplements to buy healthier food and a good pair of running shoes.

Read a long article recently about just that same subject and I couldn't recommend more that you follow Geminize's suggestions to eat more fruit and vegetables... Green leafy vegetables contain lots of calcium too. Bananas have potassium.

Im diabetic, I cant eat a lot of stuff anymore, so I have to take vitamins.
The one I take is rated one of the best by the medical profession, so thats what I take.
