I am bi and am vers. Love to flip. However, I have hemorrhoids and am very embarrassed by them and have not bottomed in a while. I want to get them removed and am not sure what the best and safest approach. Does anyone have any recommendations? I want to get them removed ASAP as safe as possible. Any recommendations or procedures and doctors in NYC ?

doctors have seen all kinds of things before so there's no need to be embarrassed by anything . but it's probably a reeeeally good idea to go soon and get it sorted out ...

There's quite a few medical options out there that may temporarily fix this issue.

In the mean time, lots of leafy greens and or stool softeners to prevent them from getting worse.

Go see a doctor (gastroenterologist, proctologist) ASAP.

It's embarrassing but it's the only way to solve this, quickly and safely. Self medication is always a risk.

Do try some yogurt, though. It's perfectly safe and I've read countless cases of people that got better just by eating natural yogurt.

you should definitely go and see a doctor... there are chances that it might be something more. If it's giving you trouble. But yeah, a doctor will be able to give you the best advice.
