I'm a : Gay Man in an Open Gay Relationship
Starsign: Virgo
Mood:
The gameplay feels very different, yet familiar at the same time.
I guess the term I'm looking for is it's comes off as fresh.
Graphically, I really like the style they went with.
Some of the battle music isn't really on par with the older games in the series, but the Gym and Team Flare themes are good.

Only for 3DS systems.
I got the game and I'm loving it so far, although I do have some issues. 1. The game isn't very good in 3D. Most of the game isn't even available in 3D, just the battles. And sometimes when you're battling with 3D turned on, the frame rate drops significantly. So I just play the game in 2D the whole time... 2. The roller skates. For the most part, they're a cool addition. They let you move much faster and you have complete freedom in your movements. No longer are you locked on a grid based movement. However, it does get troublesome using roller skates in narrow areas. Problem is, once you got them, you can't get rid of them. They're stuck on the circle pad forever, and if you want precise movements, you have to use the d-pad...which sucks because the 3DS's d-pad is clicky and placed awkwardly on the system. I don't know why the developers wouldn't allow you to turn the roller skates on or off like a bicycle. It seems like an obvious move. 3. This is all very minor stuff, but I'm not digging the wild battle and rival battle themes. They sound way too much like their Black and White counterparts, only not nearly as catchy. But the rest of the tunes are pretty awesome. Also, I miss the old 8-bit cries that older Pokemon had. Now they're all updated to sound "better". Pikachu even straight up says "pika pika". I miss when Pikachu would say "PPKKKAAAAACHZZZZOOOOKK!!" or something like that.
