Well to be fair if he is for a scholarship for LGBT youth they will need to know if he really is. I mean I know its wrong but there are people out there that will pretend to be gay to get free money for college. Though I do not know how they would like you to prove it.

Arkansota, it's a specific private scholarship for a minority group. It's the same principle as proving which iwi you come from if I were doing a Maori scholarship, just more difficult. It's not a red flag, it's perfectly reasonable. If they wanted proof of your financial situation you'd give it to them too. I just don't know what to put for me o_o because I literally have not had anything to do with the gay community in Auckland.

There are a lot of scholarships based on ethnicity, etc. Even one that was specifically for descendants of war veterans who fought in Korea.

Sexual orientation is tied to what makes your genitals recieve blood flow. It's a very private topic and "proof" is often in the form of penile thickness tests, so requesting proof is crossing the line IMO since it is nearly impossible to prove through any other methods.

There is no demonstrative way you can demonstrate you are gay. Even having sex on his desk with another male only demonstrates you can have sex, it does not demonstrate you are LGBT.

This professor is just going to have to take your word.

Well the thing is that other than that there is no way to actually demonstrate you are gay.

This isn't like demonstrating you are a boy - by pulling down your pants and showing your penis.... This is an internal state of affairs that has no physical 'proof' attached to it.

So you are going to have to man up and ask this headmaster how on earth he expects you to prove you are a homosexual even ask him if he is coming on to you trying to get you to have sex with him.

Embarrass his happy ass for even asking for you to prove the unprovable. He might as well ask you to prove that God exists (or not)....
