To Which is Felt, but Never Seen

To Which is Felt, but Never Seen
~A Tale of Nature & It's Children~

[COLOR="Magenta"]
Do you ever Wonder...
When Breeze blows Asunder,
When the Skies part with Thunder,
And the Forest mimics the Tundra,
That all cannot be answered with a just Number?

In the Times of Old,
When men were ever Bold,
There were Tales that were Told,
Around fires to chase the Cold.

Tales of Fantasy, Tales of Whim,
But also of Gore and things ever Grim,
Of things that brought Ecstasy, as Ale flowed from the Rim
One boy had such a Story Told to Him.

"Deep in the Wood and beneath the Trees,
Were Creatures that moved with Agile Ease,
Creatures that looked like you, even me.
But deadly so quick, you'd be on your Knees.

Not only so, were they in Trees,
But alas, to find them on the Breeze!
Wings aflight like you wouldn't Believe,
These Creatures flew, like fallen Leaves.

It's told they are fair, even Kind,
but would readily kick a Man's Behind!
While said to be Wise, they play with the Mind,
Worse than a Man on the Tenth cup of Wine.

Fear not of Them, they are but one of Few
Who may actually do Harm unto You.
For there are others, just like them Too,
Such as Men with Arrows, their Bows aimed True.

These Men with skin, as Pale as the month Twelfth,
It's heard said, that they are called the Elf.
Elusive the lot, wearing animal Pelt,
But unlike the Sylph, they can be seen and then Felt.

Long lived are they, nearly as old as the Sun,
This gives them the belief they are the best Ones.
We are here too, making their patience Run,
But fear not my boy, Not do they come easily Undone

My Boy, My Son, there are many more Tales,
Just know in Danger, you must try and Prevail.
For they do exist, just like a newborn's Wail,
So in time things will change, swifter than a messenger with Mail,
But they like us, will too forth set sail."

In the Event you forget,
The Sylphs, The Elves, they Have not Left.
Many Creatures the boy had not Met,
but never did his mind rest Set.

So all the Numbers you hold ever Keen,
Can not remove all that's Been.
You may think they exist only in Dream,
To Which is Felt, But Never Seen.

So yeah, I just came up with this on a Whim :p lol.
Like 15mins ago...

Just a fun Rhymey-poem-story on Nature, and how it's under appreciated in our culture today. How we've become so modern, that we've forgotten where we came from, the Tales & Stories that have now been replaced by Movies and just a general dislike of our lives "back in the day" .

I'm no writer, so don't expect flawless beauty lol Lurking

With the Ebb and Flow
The Tide ever Slow,
We always want to Know,
Where did the Time Go?

The Delusion of Man, in all their Glory
Are missing out on Life's grand Story.
With naught but things of Trivial Worry,
And the ambitions that turn out to be Sorry.

As with the Tidal push and Pull,
Man's hunger for power is never Full.
Forever reckless, putting shame to a Bull,
In an attempt to remain ever Successful.

A man cursed, By Undine's Hand
For he wanted a lover, by Water & Land
He got his wish, but with Reprimand,
As luck runs slowly, like the Time of Sand.

Passions so strong, they seem to Ignite
Are Man's emotions, a Fire so Bright
Impulsive are they, like the Flames Alight,
Consumed by them, against all their Might.

Some like Steel, a Tempered Blade
Are like paper, fed to a Blaze.
Resolve lackluster, holding for barely a Day,
The Human Heart and Will but a Maze.

We oft wonder, where does the Time go,
When we already have seen it, come like so,
But the Delusion of Man, like the Tidal Show
Has it slip by, in the Ebb and Flow.

Another one, a bit shorter.

This one is more a look at People in regards to their nature and not nature itself, but still integrating the both and how we take for granted the time we have and stuffs :p

I'm trying to be deep and wise Hypnotized-smiley , not sure I'm all that deep Lurking

Any wayzCoffee

Sturdy,Crumbling, Yields only to Tick & Tock
Such is the way of the indomitable Rock,
With strength and support, nothing to Mock,
It's only adversary, the hands on the Clock

To begin it ends, and ever Still,
Upon which it has the strongest Will
Firm and wise and fit to Kill,
It provides and protects and grounds the ill

But time, it's foe of Corrosion
Is the only one to cause Erosion,
Though it moves in very slow Motion
The trick with time is it's Locomotion

But like the Phoenix, it rises from Ash
Rising and reforming from time's Lash
Fallen brethren, aiding from their mutual Mash
From small to big, they again can Smash.

Only from the Tick and the Tock,
So is the battle of the Clock
However a fool only would make a mock
Of the resilience of the Indomitable Rock

I actually don't like this one too much. It was weird and didn't flow as organically as I would've liked, but well there ya go. I might have to redo it at some point.

To which is felt but never seen

It comes from within
It has many names

It grumbles and rumbles
It makes stabbing pains

It can be a pleasant thing
It can give the belly ease

It can warm the bed in winter
It can suffocate the fleas

It can be silent and harmless
It can be deathly diseased

It may pass quickly
It may linger a while

It can happen here or there
It can happen almost anywhere

From the vast deserts galore
To the elevators closing door

To which is felt but never seen
Farts.....
This is the way its always been
