It's between Carrie and The Shining. I'm leaning towards Carrie.

I have to go for Chainsaw massacre cos I watched it a young age (way too young) scared the hell out of me even though there's no blood in it - the noise of chainsaws scared me till I was about 16

Rosemary's Baby.

Because it's actually one of my favourite movies ever. It might not be the best for a quick short scare, but if you actually want to be deeply disturbed and have a movie ruin your entire sense of safety, Rosemary's baby is best.
