The misuse of financial aid.

Mentioning the "misuse of financial aid" reminds me of something that really ticked me off: a preacher who was as righteous as he was corrupt.
The fact that he was so antigay who took the effort to try destroying my family (to the point he'd rather see our kids on the street rather than them being raised by 2 women) and even did a sermon on why I was evil that he invited my family to (among other things) put him firmly on my bad side, and it also annoyed me that he said I needed Jesus and was a terrible person (Romans 1) when it was I who helped some homeless people get free Bibles and organize a Bible study (who made me an "honorary Christian" by "recognizing your fruits" when even the preacher I just mentioned refused to do that for them).
What also put him on my bad side is that he was known to apply for as many grants as he could which is how we met, we were both (in our respective ways and with very different motivations) helping the poor and homeless (though he exploited his congregation for free labor which he profited from as their labor in his name got him money for "doing good") in which he had a real attitude problem to everyone who came for help (acting as if everyone needing help must be terrible sinners or God would've taken care of them) but his experience with managing grants got him in charge of managing the books and "somehow" enough money was embezzled that the food bank (and other services it provided) had to shut down (conveniently after the preacher milked it for getting other grants for himself meaning less competition for future grants) which was made worse in that his other projects "helping the homeless" (which discriminated against gays, of course) were being mismanaged in that he even misappropriated funds to buy himself a new car. Last I heard he was being investigated but one of the people who helped run the food bank said the preacher was the only one to work the books (he's a preacher, he could be trusted...right?) so someone as capable as him of working the system probably covered his tracks well...should they ever get it up and running again (which they hadn't 2 years later, last time I checked) they were going to institute a new policy of having more than one person check the books.
That he was so obnoxious and antigay to the point he tried to put our kids on the street over it is really bad. That he was so corrupt that he screwed over many needy people to enrich his own coffers while exploiting his idiotic congregation as free labor (in which their reward, unlike his, lay in the next world rather than this one) is another reason that I intensely despise him. But that he's BOTH corrupt AND self-righteously condemning everyone else as sinners to hold in contempt at the same time makes it more like 3x worse rather than just 2x worse.

When people tell you the paper work you need cannot
possibly exist so you're left to be like, "ohh.. well, UGHHHHH…"
over the phone.
Oh and when couples put their relationship problems on FB..
like can you please just keep that stuff to yourselves. If you guys
are having problems posting it on FB for friend and acquaintances
to read and chime in on is probably not the best thing to do to solve
said problems.
