Granted not directly, but honestly, when I left him in their care that stage one bedsore was healing... I broke my ass and when through sleep deprivation to turn his happy (and very wide) ass every two hours for over a week.
Then the facility that has staff on duty, so they don't have to go without sleep or wake up every two hours to turn the bodies got him, they totally left him laying ON a healing bed sore until it turned stage 4 - For the uninformed, there are only 4 stages.
An operation to excess the dead flesh from his butt, then sent to ANOTHER facility, where they totally ignored him until he got Gangrene.. GANGRENE in the 21st century!
He's dead now, so they can't do any worse except spit on the corpse and defile his body with satanic sex - which no doubt is happening right now.
I hate - absolutely, positively HATE nursing homes.

Yes, I am scared of very few things in my life, but Nursing Homes is #1 on my list.
I tell my friends, when I get to "that point", just shoot me in the head....I dont want to be abused and tortured by those lunatics.
Seriously BA, you need to write a LONG descriptive letter to all of the politicians in CA and the President, describing everything you have been through to take care of this guy, only for him to be cast off by the medical industry as a rotting piece of meat.
You also need to send the same letter to every Editor of every newspaper and TV station in CA.

And be sure one of those letters are to his family...especially his kids if they're the ones who put him there so they could sell off his property. If they don't care then maybe to the grand kids.

I hate chemistry professors that pretend to be good teachers.
Today I was told I had a lab in which I would be paired with 3 people. I had a group, and calculations for a concentrated solution ready for what should have been a simple lab. Instead he changes it at the last minute, and now it's 2 per group, so even better I'm by myself; except loljk I'm with the worst student in the class :| . Also, my calculations (everyone's calculations) are not wrong. I also managed to make every stupid mistake possible, so I'm pretty sure I'll end up re-doing this lab.
The worst is that I caught the teacher at a moment where he wasn't busy, and reminded him about correcting marking mistakes I talked to him about previously, which he hadn't yet corrected, and he acted like it was a terrible inconvenience. Seriously? I'm paying hundreds of dollars for a class that you can't do right?

Thats when you file a complaint with the school and the state on what a lousy teacher he is, and you want a full refund for that class.

There have been some complaints. I'm considering making one myself, he lost a lab of mine last year (I need these labs to pass the course) and gave me a D on something I got an A on this year (something worth 30% of my mark), and he made both issues very difficult to fix. I notice he isn't teaching the first semester students any more, but that isn't helping second semester students.

What grinds my gears? Hmm, loads of things, but these few particularly come to mind;
When people yawn or cough, especially in mid-sentence, and don't say "excuse me".
Text speak or terrible grammar/spelling. If you're not a teenager please don't write like plz, l8r or fank u (that last one really irritates me). Lol is the only acceptable abbreviation! A couple of spelling mistakes or grammatical errors is fine. I'll be the first to admit my grammar isn't perfect but when I see it in newspapers my God does it p*** me off! Surely you have a proof reader?!
Lastly, I'd say unruly kids. It might be a bit of a controversial one but when I see parents not disciplining their children it gets to me. I didn't have a particularly strict upbringing so I have no idea where I get it from lol I just think, if I become a parent, I'll probably adopt the "bad cop" role.
