I Hate Christmas........BUT.........

Christmas is for children, if I had kids I would get enourmous pleasure from watching the christmas eve anticipation and their little faces light up on christmas morning.

But other than that it is just a normal day for me.

Awww, D. Christmas could be for everyone, and I'm not even Christian.

I'm glad we have traditions that remind us to come together with family and friends. To celebrate with the ones we care about in an extraordinary way -- beyond our day to day interactions. Of course we can do that any day of the year, but do we?

The commercialization of Christmas makes me sick. I still make most of the gifts I give, and if I don't have something by Christmas Eve, forget it. I am NOT going shopping with the lunatics out for the best deal. In my family we downplay the gift-giving and focus on having fun together. We cook, feast, drink, sing, laugh, play games, go for walks, cook and eat some more.

I love Christmas (don't flame me please) but it comes from the fact that ive always loved the escapism of The Wizard Of Oz ,, when I was a kid it was only shown at Christmas so I grew to love waiting to see it (and now I realise why im gay lol ) so for me Christmas was a happy time....now I love giving the gifts more than getting them too

I like to see that some people here like Christmas also. I see so much hate against it.

I celebrate it not for gifts or anything. I actually do not get anything for Christmas have not gotten anything since I was 17. Mostly just people send me cards which I love and I send cards out.

I love the feeling of Christmas and wishing my friends a Merry Christmas.
