New Mexico. More laid back and on the safer side of the divide since fukushima. They are calling NM the "New Cali" but it is not very populated and as long as you stay away from albuquerque and surrounding or deming it's pretty nice. Taos, Silver City, Santa Fe (very gay) and nothing like Utah out here.
