Cake vs Pie

Pie. Anything too sugar-rich upsets my stomach. It's the only limit on what I will eat, because I love all kinds of food. That's not to say that I won't eat some cake... but I have to limit it. I can keep eating pie all day though, since they don't usually have quite as much sugar.

Also, cream pies make a good weapon in a food fight.

As for what kind of pie is my favorite: apple. There's different kinds of apple pie, but I just love them all!

Pies have a lot of sugar in them...just as much, if not more, than cake.
Some pies have more carbs than cakes too, which turn to sugar in the bloodstream.

Cherry Pie is the worst when it comes to sugar, because not only do you have the added sugar to the recipe, and the starches from the crust turning to sugar, you have the high fruit sugar content of the cherry itself.

And yes, cream pies are fun....
