Ageism
#1
I'm sure you'll agree that ageism is an extremely common prejudice among gay men.

Many gay men are obsessed with age and I think that's the dumbest thing ever.

I once had this fuck buddy who was almost 50 and he was HOT. He was a f****** Vesuvius in bed and absolutely gorgeous: not one inch of body fat, tiny firm butt, huge dick and beautiful thick gray hair. He eventually got fed up with me and dumped me, I was sad but not resentful.

I have another one who's +45 and he's also a cute bunny. He hasn't dumped me yet and I hope he never will.

I'm 37, which makes me a senior citizen according to gay standards, and I don't look that bad either Wink

And if you don't believe me, check out this 50 yo beauty on Dudesnude called DA90027. He's a porn star and looks absolutely AMAZING, I can't stop looking at his photos.

So yeah, death to ageism! It's stupid, pointless and detestable.

To be fair, straight men are pretty obsessed with age as well. Almost all straight men want young women. Either way, it is dumb. Personally, I've had better experiences across the board with people older than me among both genders. Sure, the body ages, but so does the mind. Older minds are sexy!

We can't really help who we like or are attracted to. For myself, I can be friends with someone without being sexually attracted to them, but if it comes to romance, there has to be a spark to light the flame. I don't expect people to lower their standards for me, and I'm not going to do that myself.

Besides that, we all get old. We cannot stay young forever. I used to be one that wouldn't think of being with an older person. Now that I'm on the other side of the hill... It sure was a rude awakening.

I don't think its an age thing ,, its more that we want to be the slim guy we were when young ,, at that age we we were all active and super slim ,, then you work for a living - you gain natural muscles, your job can naturally make you big and muscular when you get a bit older you see younger slim guys and its something you want - but then it gets a bit of perve

Not sure it's only the LGBT world..

but yes, people seem in general oftly concerned about age...and in both extremes..

the young ones obsessed with way older dudes..the older ones obsessed with way younger dudes..I don't really know where this comes from..

I've often considered (if that ever happens) dating within my own age range...when ever that age is..

more than 5 years of difference either way seems weird, but that's just me I guess

As long as he's older than me - 10 seconds, ten years; doesn’t matter :p

I will not date a guy younger than me or my age... I just don't "click" with them. I do prefer older guys, but no older than 35. Maturity and ambition are some of the most attractive traits in a guy for me and I just don't get that from a lot of American guys my age. With that said, guys my age or younger aren't really attracted to me. I guess older guys seem to like my energy and different perspective on things... Or they just want a young piece of ass... Hard to tell.

I mean, I'm not the most mature person in the world, but I do know when to be serious and when to let loose.

Amen. Same here.

Then again, there is lots of time to grow-up. Besides, an older female friend said that I was about twelve years old in man years :p

Yeah, man years... Essentially, we all have the mentality of a pre-pubescent teen. I once heard that "man years" are calculated by the second number of your age... So, I'm 22, almost 23... but really, I'm 2 going on 3.

...or something like that...?

Yeah, I'm not sure how she arrived at that, she was trying to cheer me up for my "quarterly life crisis" :p
