Boyfriend's parents not cooperative

I think you should try to get your partner to talk to his parents.
Sometimes parents are not aware that they are overprotective and are not giving their child enough freedom.
I'm in a similar age situation, except I'm the younger (17) and I'm dating a guy who is your age (24).
My parents usually are very liberal and reasonable (no curfews and stuff) but who knows how they might react when I actually come out to them...
At least your partner's parents approve of your relationship, so it might be easier to bring this issue onto the table.

It's tough because even though he's of legal age for your state, he is still a teenager living under his parent's roof. So unless he's able to move in with you or something, he'll have to follow their rules. I definitely agree that they aren't being fair about it especially after knowing that's not your intentions, but like others have stated it is understandable for them as parents to always do whatever they can to make sure their kids stay virgins until they're an adult.
