How secure is your password?

MisterTinkles Wrote:A lot of US systems/programs still do not accept characters other than letters and numbers. So, if you have some special character in your password or even email, some systems wont accept it.

Then it's just a question of trying until you find a combination that it will accept.

I don't bother thinking hard passwords for sites like this, because these sites are just for relaxation and I wouldn't lose anything, if something happened. I use hard and serious passwords for places like online banking and stuff.

It would take 1 year to crack one of my passwords.

37 years to crack another popular one.

So dialing through with various passwords I have used it would appear I tend to make ones that would stand up to decades of scrutiny.

My Secret? I use Capitals, letters and numbers.

my "personal" e-mail, as in personal for everyone else I know would take 233 million years to crack

at last, my GS password would take 37 years to crack....by far my least safe password

Unless someone knows my military background, my serial number, my weapon serial number, and the university I use, probably would be difficult, 14 characters long, Jim
