Two Frenchmen assassinated, or murdered.

It's been on the news here; Two French students, studying in London have been murdered. Scotland Yard has been looking for the murderer.
What have you been hearing about this story in the British media?

That is sad news and quite atrocious... Does this tend to happen more in certain types of communities? or is this a more general trend?

Really? All the news bulletins I saw or heard were full of it for several days. I was going to refer to this awful incident, but really don't know what to say.

Some news makes me feel ashamed to be a man, while this makes me feel ashamed to be British. I know that is a ridiculous reponse, but just what are we saying about our society if we manage to grow people capable of such wicked acts?

My heart goes out to the families of these poor men. Whatever must they be going through? The circumstances in which these visitors died are unimaginably horrible and one can only guess what their last experience of life must have been. They came from Clermont-Ferrand. A few years ago my son and his wife were living in C-F for a year as students doing an exchange the other way round. I shudder to think ... I really do Cry

I couldnt read the whole thing. It is just awful.

I was going to start a vent about humanity but thinking about it just depressed me too deeply.
