So the cute thread with the koalas got me thinking if you could have any animal as a pet what would you pick? Pick one real world one and one fantasy one.

Real: ether a snow leopard or a tiger or lion

Fantasy: I would have to say a giant eagle from LOTR/hobbit

Bull Mastiff
Either Galapagos Tortoise or Pig Nose Terrapin

Amongst many other Turtle/Tortoise pets which are my favourite animals.

I had a siberian husky and a golden retriever before. Loved them very much, but I think I'd get a retriever.
