Energy Drinks - Be Careful!!

I really don't like them... Even vodka+redbull a popular crappy cocktail... Why do you need to ruin the vodka with that shit? LOL

Be very careful of energy drinks. They have an incredibly high sugar content.

Its been said, that the high vitamin content in a lot of these drinks can cause rapid deterioration of some inside body parts.

The human body is not able to withstand certain bombardments of high levels of certain vitamins.
Some flush out of your body easily, like Vitamin C and Vitamin D. High levels of Vitamin B and Vitamin E can be good for you, if you are active during the day. The rest of them can literally rot your insides over time.

So I have heard. I have not found any medical evidence backing this up yet.


I have worked with people who drink this stuff all day, every day. Their personalities change the more they drink, because the high saturation of chemicals and vitamins changes the physiology of your body and how it works.


One a day should not hurt you at all. I would think one in the morning would be ok. Especially if you don't eat in the morning. It will give you energy and you will burn it all off by the end of the day.

If you do end up drinking more than one a day, mix it with water or fruit juice. Make it last a while so you don't feel you have cheated yourself out of another one.

I would also suggest, for each energy drink you have in one day, you drink at least one gallon of water through that day, unless your Dr has stated you are a candidate for vitamin deficiency, then just drink the usual amounts of water.


Just be careful.

I don't drink them anymore, but when I do it's usually because I'm in
for a night of being out with friends or something. Staying up till late and
having to be up and being able to drive home.

But on a regular normal day I don't anymore. I drink coffee or tea..

that shit tastes nasty.

You know that bitter chemical taste that multivitamins have that reminds you of dried phlegm/snot. Yeah it tastes like that plus sour.

If you wanted caffeine just drink coffee or tea or something

raging amounts of caffein and raging amounts of sugar....no thank you those drinks have never and will never come near me

I never drink these, and I'm not even a health nut... In fact, I barely even drink soda anymore let alone 500mg of caffeine in one serving, that's insane.
