Pickles are amazing but they have to be crunchy and have garlic!

As long as they're fresh packed and not heat canned. I fucking hate soft pickles.
Planning to try making my own at harvest time. I did a big batch of sauerkraut last year and it came out awesome, and it's a very similar process from what I understand.
