I corss my legs if it's cold. Sometimes I'll cross them twice but apparently that freaks people out because most people's feet don't do that said my friend

I'm not sure about the nut scratching but I've always crossed my lower legs whilst sitting in a chair. It jus feels right for me but no one else seems to do it so everyone looks at me like I'm wierd lol
