I never know how that works unless it comes from the internet first.

I host my pic on a website like http://www.hostingpics.net/ and then put the URL between [IMG] [/IMG]

Get yourself a free photobucket.com account and load your pics up there first.

Then you click on the image and select the IMG link to share (copy the link) then in your forum reply window there is a button that shows a pic, click that, a pop up appears and you just post the link into that box. Thats it.
