It's "Request Username" at the bottom of that page.

And this sneaky bitch did it for the same reason as that diva bitch Bree Bree :3

Even tho my previous name was more feminine with my name in it loolz, this name is very androgynous. As it(Sylph) can be a male or female. Not to mention they are my favourite creatures next to Turtles :3
