Here's the deal: I've been seeing this guy for a few months, and even though neither one of us is really into the whole Valentine's Day thing, we decided we would get together and do something anyway. Of course initially I thought about having a nice dinner and just spending the time together. The problem with this is that because of a weight-loss procedure, whenever we go out he *barely* eats anything. He'll take only two or three bites and thats it.
So my question is: Is there something fun/different/interesting we can do that does *NOT* have food as the focus? Or should I just say 'screw it' and plan a nice dinner anyway?
It doesn't have to be anything romantic, I just want to do something fun and maybe a little different.
We're both in our 20's and live very close to NYC.
Anything I should absolutely avoid doing?
