Do you think if the idea interesting or not?

Hi guys. Recently i've had an idea of book which i intend to write. It is a gay love story which takes place in the grotesque imaginary world. It's looks like chronicles of Amber where personages are gays.
But i've doubt this book will be interesting to the readers.
There is no violence or horror....=feil))
it is my own experience which i want to present in some fantasy form.
Do you think if the idea interesting or not?

I don't think that it will be something completely new. It will be resemble to Nabokov's "Pale Fire". Someone will said that is another Freud fantasy. I think it will be something new but not completely. In general it depends
on my style
