Corvids, as can be seen, are very intelligent birds

This guy is NOT much of a bird watcher.

I've known, from a very young age, that all "black birds" are the most intelligent birds, along with parrots and macaws. There are other intelligent birds, but black birds and parrots are usually the most intelligent.

This guy is just useless if he doesn't know this already. What a moron.

What a curious remark to make. The guy in the video, Chris Packham, is a noted naturalist in the UK (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Packham) and his sole presence in the video was to add a commentary. At no time does he say that he didn't know that corvids are intelligent, all he says is that he had never seen a crow go through the eight stage puzzle before. That doesn't make him a moron.

He's not very thorough then, lets put it that way.

I remember seeing many documentaries on all sorts of black birds doing puzzles, going through mazes, and doing the same things he had this bird do. Its been done before, and many times over.

Apparently he doesn't know what "research" is, or doesn't care. Anyone truly scientific does their research first....which he apparently has not.
