used Excel about a decade ago, just really playing. Have and use some version of word on the old dell as well as MacBook Pro but just use it for basics

Made two discoveries today : Adobe Reader can read out your .pdf files for you!I think everybody except me knew that of course.The second was that Office 2007 doesn't only just come in boring blue colour,the one that I saw today had an ultra-sleek grey/black background.I came back and tried to change the blue to black but don't know which tabs to select.Anyone to help me out?
