falling into self hatred again.

I'm sure we all go through that stage at one point or another. It passes. Just think about what a positive person you really are, and the good that you do, and it will help to make it pass quicker.

I remember a tip I got that can help if your willing to think a little ! its simple - When we you last happy ? well try to remember that nothing has changes since then, its just your thinking of the situation, once you start thinking negative then your thoughts will continue to spiral downward - you need to get back to remembering your happy thoughts..like you have been previously (not easy I know)

I hope you get back to been happy m8 soon

This is bad, the last time I was happy was about 8 years ago when I was still in denial about my sexuality.

Hi hank, great to see you here again...

Loneliness can hit us all very randomly, and it passes...

Like for me, i havent even come out yet, then i have a religious family, etc etc

I dont let all those thoughts invade my mind cause for sure i would be really feeling as sad as you...

I think everyone goes through a stage like this...not necessarily the same way, but everyone goes on a journey to discover who they really are..just knowing that fact would make you kinda feel relieved

It isn't in the easy times we find ourselves, it is in the hard...

Hang in there Hank..you will do just fine

Your parents will use to it. My father, though I said him I'm gay, was openly expressing his hope about every girl I met but after all he just used to it. Don't feel worse or as a victim because your father may think you're not entirely sure about yourself. Think that he has to change and you can be only proud Wink

Not sure if you have ever been depressed but one thing about it is that you don't believe happiness is real. I was happy that means I can be again.
