Yes, did you know pre-cum comes from two glands called Cowper's glands? It is thought that the contents thereof is meant to clear the urethra for the sperm to come... It is linked to the degree of sexual arousal and excitement, I think.

No, actually a large majority of people don't experience pre-cum.
If it's not there now, it's not going to be.

I get pre-cum... and the amount varies - usually depending on how often I masterbate.. leave off a while, then I can have pre-cum to an amount that it needs its own cleanup before acutally cumming... then other times, its barely noticeable before I climax.
