My pair of cats are sitting, somewhat patietly, hoping I will go to bed soon. That's their favourite place for all of us. During the past several months we've been snowed in and I just decided to stay in bed as I could do everything there and be warm and comfortable. Flip and Flop, my two cats, have loved every moment of this period as I'm constant available for scratching duty, and I'm their favourite toy. Some days they cannot wait for me to wake to start the day. I cannot tell you the unusual sensation of having your cat lick your eyelid. And, of course, it does wake you up.....disoriented, but up.
