I love eggplant!
We have here "Ensaladang Talong" and it tastes good..basically with tomatoes, onions. etc ![[Image: ohvmet.jpg]](http://i60.tinypic.com/ohvmet.jpg) And "Tortang Talong" just peeled off eggplant with egg.. and you can dip it with ketchup.
