If you like classic movies, you probably have missed Yvonne DeCarlo. She had a short period of being a famous actress on the silver screen.

Although she is best known for her role of Lily Munster, she was a sex goddess in movies before she got the role of Herman's wife. Although she never played a sex goddess, her beauty made her someone to pay attention too on the big screen.

Next to her famous role as Lily Munster, her second famous role is in the 1950's big budget movie The Ten Commandments, with Charlton Heston.


Although most of her movies were branded "B" movies, Band of Angels (with Clark Gable) is one of my favorites.

I love the older movies like the ones she starred in. The thing I like doing the most on a stormy weekend day is curl up with my kitties and watch black & white movies. I just find it really comforting and relaxing.
