well I went for "you only live once" and that's why this dumb ass has so many injury's, aches n pains lol - ive finally made myself stop though - I just don't recover quick enough these days

I always take risks! I just have to know that it is going to be safe. And that it won't impact other people too significantly. And that I have the money to pull myself out of it should something bad happen. And that I can fit it into my schedule. And that I have a ready explanation should an employer ever ask about it in the future. And that the explanation is good enough to meet approval. And that various people on various message boards have all said that their decision didn't negatively impact their life too much. And that......

Look before you leap? Yes, I want to know what my risks are
Stop to smell the flowers? no, not needed
Think before you act? Always, I analize before going in
Weigh the consequences before considering? Of course I do.

Doing these things does not mean I don't take some risks, it is just that I want to measure them (maybe mitigate them too) before I go in. I consider myelf in the middle between pay it safe and risk taker.
