Mac and cheese is awesome, especially with loaded cheese.

I suppose mine would be what my granny cooked for me a lot when I was little.......

Chicken fried steak, mashed taters with gravy, greens with pickled pepper sauce, cornbread, and brown beans, with a big chunk of onion on the side.
