Yes... As long as I have a proper recipe to follow. I'm not that adventurous with food so just experimenting with it isn't my thing. Also I'm better with baked goods then meats

Yup i can cook... been trying since i was like 13 or 14. Just the basics though like pasta, fried food, etc

But now i am exploring more recipes thru youtube. Recipes which are more tedious to prepare..

That's funny! Hubby bear is mostly the cook when we don't dine out or carry out, but I'm a better chef by a mile. I know my herbs and expensive spices. From vegie burgers to gourmet old world dishes, I'm the man. Julia Childs' cream and butter can't touch my cooking. I'm the designated Christmas cook and that should tell you something.

What kind of doofus are you, to be having your "sack" that close to boiling oil?????

if you get your self a meat grinder. You can make any kind of hamburger you want. I put in about 4 pounds of beef to one pound of raw bacon into the grinder. Best way of making hamburgers.

I have to cook otherwise I would starve. A few years ago I had my mother write down the recipes to my favourite foods she used to make. Unfortunately, she got them from my grandmother and neither one of them use measurements. Now when I make those dishes, it makes my mother a bit upset that I make them better than she does. I really don't like to cook that often though. Being single, it's all about speed. In and out of the kitchen as soon as possible.

As good as that sounds.................

I used to triple grind my meat and add some summer sausage or italian sausage to the mix.

The more you grind your meat over and over again, the "smoother" it becomes.

I love cooking and can make so many exquisite meals for not much money at all. So many people I know spend so much money on processed food and can't figure out how I eat so well for less... and I'm always in shape. Kitty
